Equipment description

Compost fork with grab is mounted on MANITOU, JCB, Dieci, Bocat, Merlo, Caterpillar, New Holland, Claas, Faresin and other front loaders and telescopic loaders. This machine is designed for loading, moving and collecting compost, and manure. It’s an indispensable equipment in livestock farming operations.
The upper part consists of sickle-shaped tines which press the picked up material firmly against the wall of the grip and prevent it from spilling out. The movement is carried out by means of two hydraulic cylinders. The cylinder ears have spherical joints. All bolts and sleeves are made of 45 steel and the bolts are heat-treated and ground. All bushings are equipped with grease nipples. On the lower part of the mechanism are horizontal replaceable forged teeth made in Germany.
In addition, the design of the gripper allows to use its volume for additional procedures: for carrying and transporting of logs, bushes, brushwood, etc.
The operator scoops up the silage or compost with the lower tines, after which the upper forks press it tightly against the back wall and the bottom. This prevents spillage and loss of the load.
When using the unit with certain loader models (Dieci, Merlo), additional hydraulic equipment is installed to secure the grip.
