Big-Bag filler bucket completely replaces the filler bucket and the stationary dispenser. In addition to saving money on two machines, with this bucket all filling operations can be performed by one person.
Big-Bag filler bucket is used in the agricultural and processing industries. With this equipment you can easily carry out packing (filling) of bulk materials in big bags (sacks). The most important element of the bucket is a tightly closing hatch, which allows you to clearly control and meter the filling rate with a single cylinder.
Big-Bag filler bucket is equipped with a telescopic handler attachment.

When using the device with certain loader models (Dieci, Merlo, Faresin) additional hydraulic equipment for locking the flap is installed.
Loading bucket (big bag filler) is supplied fully equipped and ready for operation. Given the large range of front loaders and telescopic loaders, you need to make sure that the transition mounts of the bucket match the model of your loader. The bucket should be securely attached to the loader arm.
There are two hydraulic line outlets at the end of the boom. The hydraulic hoses of the loading bucket are connected to these with quick couplings.
Loading bucket (big bag filling bucket) can be equipped with remote scales with a maximum weighing limit of 2000 kg. Load cells and wireless transmitter are installed on the bucket. The signal is transmitted to the weighing indicator. The signal transmission distance is up to 50 meters. This allows you to monitor the mass of bulk materials simultaneously with the filling in the big bags.
The bucket is available in several modifications, usually 1 cubic meter and 2 cubic meters, which allows packing in big bags of different volume.
